For very good cleaning of cotton we produce high speed cleaning machines with multiple sawtooth wire drums with surface speeds up to 4000 meter/ minute at 1600 mm working width.
The machine has continuous suction pipes and carding segments.
All cylinders are individually driven and controlled. The suction is controlled and adjustable.
The machines work very successfully on short, dirty cotton.
